available on request, same with a trailer championship. They won't understand why you desire it, but they should requite it to ya.

Unless I am mistaken, this should qualify equally interstate commerce. Go off of the phone and go to your local title/registrers office. The gunkhole was not titled in your land, so all you should need would be the bill of sale. Yous are titling it for the start time in your country. As an added bonus, the land it came from does non upshot titles...this should be like shooting fish in a barrel.

You can besides go to almost local insurance agency'southward to go a "bonded" title. In GA those cost about $100.00, this is washed when lost titles accept happened.

cheque with the local street rod club. i understand there is a mode to go a legal championship to nearly anything in GA and your state will accept to accept it.

I am sure that information technology would be a simple process if you hit the right person at DMV. Unfortunatly most of the people backside the desk-bound dont know or care,the one who knew threw in the towel and quit or retired. Know for a fact that into the middle 70s in N.J. there was no title when you sold a boat (34 ft. TROJAN ) Sometime in the 70s the mfgs. started putting numbers somewhere on the boats. Believe GA. was a non championship state for autos for quite awhile. <br /> At any rate, requite me an due east-postal service at stinkin_badges@yahoo.com when you have a discription on the boat and i will come up up with something for yous. To bad that people you deal with dont know or care that once upon a time titles were non required, phones had dials, TVs had antennas and we steared by compasses and a watch. By the style, married woman comes from the coal fields around BLUEFIELD, get up there at times. Would like a ride former on CHEAT lake, SIL has a place on CLATOR lake out side of ROANOAK. WOW , fresh water, wish i could treat my motors to them occasionally. regards FRED

Do you lot know the year of the gunkhole? I know in some states you lot don't have to have a title if it is one-time. Also, I think some states don't crave a championship if the value of the boat is really low. Other states besides don't require a title if you don't have an engine on it....I'1000 guessing it does have an engine though.

Oldest son wasted a lot of our coin at WVU. Did not realize it was that far from yous to BLF. Must take been the enjoyable ride between, spotting all those boating opertunities on the NEW RIVER. regards fred

Only went through this one--- You need 3 things- mine came from AL and I live in WV<br /><br />yous need #i either the registration card or a letter from last state it was registered in (for name of last owner) Has to be on official country letterhead, #two A notorized neb of sale with the last registered owners signature, and #three a police enforcement officer to sign a newspaper( you get that from WV DMV) stateing that the HIN on the boat matches the i on the paperwork that he just signed.<br /><br />There is a department on that paper that has to do with getting a new number and plate if it doesnt have one, But this didnt use to me so I'g not sure how you do that one.<br /><br />All I did was get to the WV DMV web site and cliked on the contact link. <br /><br />Theres always an answer You just got to ask the correct person--- I skipped the centre and went straight to the capitol<br /><br />this is the lady that told me how.<br /><br />Penny Walton<br />Electronic mail Address:<br /> pwalton@dot.state.wv.us
